Good or bad, your feedback makes our services better. And if something's gone wrong, you have every right to say so — and to have it taken seriously, fixed quickly, and never held against you.
Whatever's easiest for you:
You can also give feedback anonymously if you prefer. We'll still act on it, though we won't be able to update you on the outcome.
Within 2 business days, so you know it's been received.
We'll talk with you to understand what happened and what you'd like to see fixed.
We aim to resolve most complaints within 21 days. If it takes longer, we'll keep you updated.
Every complaint is reviewed so the same thing doesn't happen to someone else.
You can have a support person, interpreter or advocate with you at any stage. We'll make the process accessible — in your language, in Easy Read, or in whatever format works for you.
You don't have to accept our answer. You can take your complaint to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — the independent body that regulates NDIS providers. You don't have to come to us first.
