NDIS Advocacy · Sydney & Australia-wide

Your voice, the loudest one in the room.

When a provider doesn't deliver, a decision doesn't make sense, or a complaint goes nowhere  you shouldn't have to fight alone. Our advocates stand with you, speak up with you, and don't let go until it's fixed.

Provider problems
No-shows, poor quality, unsafe care
Decisions & reviews
Plans and NDIA decisions that don't make sense
Complaints & escalation
Taken seriously  all the way to the Commission
The part nobody tells you

Under the NDIS, you have the right to…

Read these slowly. Every single one is yours  not a favour, not a maybe. A right.

Choose your own providers  and change them at any time.

Support workers who actually turn up.

Understand every decision made about your plan, in plain language.

Complain without fear of losing your supports.

Be safe and respected by every provider, every time.

Say no.

Bring an advocate to any meeting.

If any of these feel out of reach right now  that's exactly what we're here for. Call 1300 478 816 and tell us what's going on. No forms needed to start.
You're not overreacting

People come to us when…

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not being difficult  something genuinely isn't right.

Supports just… stopped. Funded hours going unused, workers cancelled again, nobody explaining why.
A decision came out of nowhere. A plan cut, a rejection, a letter that doesn't add up.
A complaint went nowhere. You raised it, they "noted it", and nothing changed.
Something feels unsafe. With a worker, a provider, or a placement  and you need it taken seriously, fast.

The job, honestly

What an advocate actually does

Tap any card for the plain English version.

Speaks up with you

+

Or for you, if that's what you want. Meetings, phone calls, emails — you decide how involved you want to be.

Sorts provider problems

+

No-shows, overcharging, poor quality care — we raise it directly, in writing, and follow it to an outcome.

Backs you at reviews

+

Plan reviews and NDIA decisions, with the evidence and reports that actually move the needle.

Escalates properly

+

When something's seriously wrong we escalate to the NDIS Commission with you — and we know how to do it right.

Untangles decisions

+

Letters and decisions translated into plain English, so you always know where you stand and what your options are.

Keeps the record

+

Dates, incidents, promises made — documented properly, so your case is never your word against theirs.

Advocacy with no strings attached

Same day

every call answered faster when it's urgent

Independent

we answer to you never to providers

Australia wide

by phone and video, Sydney at heart

If we ever have to choose between keeping a provider happy and keeping you safe, heard and supported  we choose you. Every time. No referral fees, no kickbacks, no steering you toward "mates". And if the problem is with a provider we introduced you to, we'll still back you against them.

Common questions

Advocacy questions, answered

Will complaining put my funding at risk?+
No. Your plan cannot be cut because you made a complaint — that protection exists precisely so participants can speak up. We'll make sure your complaint is made safely and properly.
What does an NDIS advocate actually do?+
They stand with you when something isn't right — raising provider problems, backing you at reviews, escalating complaints to the NDIS Commission, and translating decisions into plain English.
Can you come to meetings with me?+
Yes — you have the right to bring an advocate to any meeting, including with providers and the NDIA. By phone, video, or in person around Sydney.
Do I need to be a support coordination client to use your advocacy?+
No. Advocacy stands on its own — anyone can reach out, whether or not we coordinate your supports.
What does it cost?+
The first conversation is free, always. From there we'll be upfront about how your situation can be supported and funded before anything starts — no surprises.
